An Elf named Telwind, a Dwarf named Durmer, a mage named Dyna and a new species called a Grumpas whose name is Pogwash. As they travel on their quest they face danger, adventure, betrayal, magic, evil and war. The book also reveals something of our present as it mirrors society and the political structure of today. As the story ends, the fate of the Fifth Age has just begun in this ten book series.
Author Comments: This book was very personal for me. I wrote this while I was going through a divorce in my first marriage. As you can see the main character is named similar to me because this character sees this world he is in through my eyes. Not only did it present my inner struggle I was going through and overcoming it, it also presented current world events mixed into the story. There is much symbolism in the book that many adults would enjoy. Even though it is a great Fantasy story, it is also full of hidden symbolism. I hope you enjoy the book. It is great for both adults and young adults.
